<p>well its summer now...so at least 8 or 9, usually from 3 am to noonish :P</p>
<p>How do you guys sleep 12 hours?!</p>
<p>I usually get 5-6 weekday nights (except Tuesday, block day, yay :D)...and then 9-10 on weekends.</p>
<p>I would stop all school work around 10PM at night and head on to bed. I refuse to deny my body sleep for such a silly thing like mindless busywork. Of course, I always made sure that my work would be done by that time.</p>
<p>Right now, during summer, I sleep from 3 AM to like 12 PM. Yesterday was a disaster. I had the SATs in the morning, and I just couldn't sleep. I was up until 3 AM playing DOTA, and if you've ever played a DOTA game, you know how long they last and how you can't leave in the middle of one. I meant to go to sleep at like 1 or 2, but I just started a long ass game. And I had to wake up at 6 AM the next day thanks to SATs, so I only got like 3 hours of sleep. I actually didn't feel that bad when I took it, though.</p>

School: Depends. Usually anywhere from 4-8 hours.
4 when i have loads of crap to do, 8 when its friday lol</p>
<p>I'm happy when I get to bed by 12 on weeknights, and I wake up at 6:15. On average I'd say I get 5-7 hours. On weekends, however, I "catch up" on sleep (which is actually physically impossible, but it seems to work mentally), usually getting 12+ hours a night. I'm always exhausted. -___-</p>
<p>Something between 5-8 on weekdays and sometimes when I'm really tired more than 10 on the weekend.</p>
<p>During the school year I got about 4-6 depending on whether or not I felt like doing all of my homework then. Every Sunday, I would get about 14 hours because I was exhausted from the lack of sleep.</p>
<p>Now during the summer, I get about 7-8 on weekdays and 12 on weekends.</p>
<p>I should also add that sometimes I don't sleep at all during the school year. like tonight.</p>

<p>I go to bed around 3 or 330'ish am and wake up around 630 and then when I come home I sleep for about another 3 or 4 hours sometimes. I only work on weekends as of now... so it works out. But I have a good job on those weekends. Soccer Referee. It's really nice</p>
<p>i usually get three to five hours... when i had to choose a topic for my reasearch paper, I chose the effects of sleep deprivation because I was going through a particularly nasty insomnia spell. apparently, i have a sleep debt that is the equivalent of a few days :/</p>
<p>I go to bed between 1 AM and 3 AM and get up at 6:30 AM every day during the school year (except weekends of course).
So, depending on my homework load, 5.5-3.5 hours of sleep.</p>

<p>Depends on what is going on the next day. If theres a test probably like 3 or 4. If its just a regular day then about 5 or 6. Morning workout kills!</p>

<p>8 hrs like clockwork on weekdays.</p>
<p>Same on weekends, no matter how much I try for more, because of my own internal circadian rhythm.</p>

<p>On sunday, we had graduation so I woke up at 10, school 12:30, Grad 3, End grad 5:30, Dinner at 7, back from dinner at 8:30, got my car from school at 9, back to school at 10:30, project grad from 11PM to 5AM. Home at 6. Sleep from 6AM to 2PM then 5PM to 10PM. Then 2AM to 10AM.</p>
<p>I'm still adjusting my sleep schedule back to normal.</p>
