how much sleep do you guys get?

First 2 years of high school, around 3 hours/night. This year... I like, crash at 9:30 and sleep like a baby until 6.

i dont know if this is healthy but i sleep 6 hours from 1:00-630AM and then in the afternoon i sleep 1:30-3:00 PM...im pretty consistent with my 1.5 hour naps in the afternoon

Around seven hours on average, even during the summer. It's what I'm used to.

4 hours... even on school days. I routinely take naps though.

School year, about 6 hrs.
During the summer, 7-8 (damn early morning runs......)

I sleep like 8~10 hours a day, including weekdays/schooldays. I'm really not that busy at all, and after school/gaming I just drift to sleep.

I sleep 7-8 hours most school days. The least I have slept on a school day is probably 4 hours...dumb english portfolio

6-7 during AP's, 7 on average during junior regular school days

8-9 during summer lol

Oh now it's summer, and it's a new schedule: I sleep 10~12 hours a day. Hardly a difference, maybe, but it is quite more than a trivial increase.

about 7-8 hours during the school year

and like 9-10 during summer

During high school - 5-6
Summer - Anywhere from 4-10

Not enough.

During the school year, I barely get enough sleep.
My teachers know that all their students don't get enough sleep, as well. My BIO teacher next year jokingly says, "Here in BIO, we do not know what sleep is."
It's very difficult to focus when you lacking sleep =[ But, next year - my junior year - if I have to go with 12 hours of sleep a week ONLY, I'll do it as long as my grades are good. One whole year of it will be worth it in the end. I try to make up the hours on the weekends, anyway (If there are no tests to study for or projects due). So I probably get around 3-4 hours of sleep on a school day. Sometimes 6-7 if it's a good day, with not as much work. Ugh, sometimes I feel as if I'm already in college.

5-6 hrs usually

I really don't comprehend how you guys sleep so little.

"Studying"? Um, you study too much. It is unnecessary and may have adverse effects instead. You probably can't concentrate as well and retain all the information with like 3 hours of sleep anyways.
"Work"? I think you aren't working very efficiently, or all your schools give like 6+ hours of hw DAILY, which is ridiculous and I doubt even the most competitive schools are that ignorant enough to not know how much time work is required, etc.
"Games"? I understand this, but you should try to cut it down a little bit...
"lulz im insomniac"? This is understandable.

But seriously, though, I may not be aware of your exact situation (you may be some olympic athlete for ballet or something that requires 8 hours of gymnastics practice daily), but I really don't see how someone can't get everything done and enjoy themselves with like 7~10 hours of sleep. I've never really understood the "sleep 3~4 hours, even 5~6" unless you wanted to, but it seems it's stressful to sleep that long. Elaborate.

Well, I've talked to you about this before -- how I always get distracted and can't bring myself to concentrate on my HW until it's like midnight or 1 AM and I'm like "eek, I really have to do this." It's just... habit, I guess? But sleep is one of my favorite things ever! Now that it's summer, I go to sleep in the wee hours of the morning (weirdest expression ever...) and wake up at like 1 or 2. But during the school year, there's just this mental block -- when I get home in the afternoon, I want to do anything but HW... even though I know that I should just get it over with in a few minutes so I can go to sleep early. .___.

I have some sleeping problem. I get about say 8 hours of sleep on a schoolnight (1030-630) and I feel outrageously tired.
