Mudge Quad! :] Thank you to the housing PTB :D

Morewood E Tower!
My second choice, so not too bad…I’m psyched!

Scobell…that’s all male, right?

ugh

Mudge Prime Double

^jealous…
Mudge seems awesome! I knew I had almost no chance of getting it, though.

I was in a Mudge prime quad last year. Some consider these to be the best rooms you can get as a freshman. They used to go to sophomores with good housing lottery numbers before they made Mudge into freshmen housing. You’ll enjoy it as long as you get along with your roommates – That’s really the only obstacle. Logically, getting along with 3 roommates will be a more difficult task than getting along with 1 or 2.

Prime doubles are found in all three towers of Mudge, but I think there’s only a couple in tower A. So if you were wondering, you are most likely in B or C, which are not very similar to A at all. Towers B and C were built as additions to A, and only match on the exterior.

Mudge is awesome, but I never hear anything negative from E-Tower residents, either. Hard to beat the best location and having a restaurant inside the building! The latter will only be appreciated in the winter.

OlympianX, I’m actually really excited!!! I requested a girl I met in pre college and two other girls I met on facebook so yeah, I hope it works out well :] I’m really happy since it’s a little cheaper as well :D

I enjoyed E-tower a lot last year. As a dude, 4 floors of girls was nice (albeit, cmu girls), but maybe you’ll luck out and there’ll be more than 1 floor of guys this year

@OlympianX - thanks, that’s good to know! E Tower was my second choice, after all, so I’m not too disappointed about it or anything, and I’m glad to hear the location is good!

@bco09 - yeah, I noticed the male/female split wasn’t so favorable (for me), but I guess I’ll just have to meet guys in my engineering classes instead? lol…or something like that…

MUDGE (!!!) Triple for me =D

I was RD, but to be fair I took advantage of being rejected by every other top tier school I applied to and turned my deposit in very early XD

Post which one when you find out. I lived in one of those. It’ll be a blast!

Im not a freshman, but I got a Welch Prime Single on the first floor. I want to share the joy with people because I got my housing assignment in the summer :(, in contrast with all my friends, who received it during the school year.

@AvgAsian: You are in A2, and you have a community bathroom. Dont worry though, no one uses it except maybe a few RAs. It was always empty when I went in…

A2 is the best floor.

Im kinda ****ed sophomores cant live in Mudge unless they do Mudge mentor…

I think I got a Prime triple…ah well, sharing is only awkward when others make it awkward

my roommate info is up! anyone else’s?

Yeah Mine is too! Mudge B 301

archguy and tennistar

Where did you see the name of your roommate?

On SIO finances I only see my dorm-- not a room number nor the roommate name?

It’s not on the “Now that I’m enrolling” page either…

Prime Quad at Mudge

Go here to find your roommates: <a href=“Web Login Service - Stale Request”>Web Login Service - Stale Request;

i see the name of my roomates [the ones i requested, yay!!!] under campus life-- housing :]

mudge A207!!

how far is mudge from most of the academic buildings? i’m in MCS so it appears most of my classes are going to be in doherty/wean

10 minute walk… maybe a little more depending on if its winter and you take “longcuts” through different buildings (a lot are attached together) so you arent cold.
