<p>Hi, I'd love to go to Miami, but the 45k COA is a big number to pay. I probably would only get a little FinAid, but I'm not banking on too much. </p>
<p>Right now I have about a 3.8 UW GPA(probably get it up to at least 3.85 by graduation) and I'll have at least a 2100/32 SAT/ACT by then. Right now, I'm in the top 10% of my class, maybe close to 7%(school does not tell us rank). I'll only have 6 APs(most my school offers), but I may only take 5, but IDK. </p>
<p>I'm also an Eagle Scout and have a few other decent ECs</p>
<p>Do you think I could get much from FastWeb or other scholarships? Does UM let you "stack" scholarships on top of what you get from the university?</p>
<p>If I get 10k in need based-aid, and get a half-tuition scholarship, do I get to keep both? I'm assuming that I only get to keep one, the higher amount? </p>
