I don't know who to give my commonapp school forms

I'm a sophomore trying to transfer out of a NJ Community College having completed 60 credits ... do I give the instructor evaluation to just any professor that I've taken during the past two years and my school report to any counselor in my community college? Because unlike high school, in my community college, there's no actual counselor given to you .... and I have no "close" relationships with any of the professors. (I rarely talked anyways, I just did my work hard, that's it)

What should I do? Kind of in a awkward situation .. =/

No, the College Officials forum does not go to an instructor because they do not have access to the necessary information (eg. are you a student in good standing, what your current schedule is, etc.). Start by going to the admissions or registrar of your CC and ask them who the appropriate person to fill out the forms is, it will be some college advisor or administrator, not a prof.

It says one instructor is required … doesn’t that mean, professor? How will a college adviser or the administration know what kind of student I am? (They have to write comments or fill in bubbles describing me), don’t they?

Your title said ‘school forms’, so I assumed you meant the College Official’s form (as I stated in my reply).

For the Instructor Evaluation form, read the instructions at the top of the form and look a the websites of the schools you’re applying to to see if they have specific instructions about who can fill out the form (some schools do not accept TAs).
