I recently received my ssat scores as well- they were as follows: Verbal-764-93%, Math-755-83%, Reading-794-99%, Total 2313-99%. I'm currently applying to Choate Rosemary Hall and Hotchkiss in Connecticut. I'm not sure about my math score but i think the rest is ok. Any sugestions???

what grade are you in?

9th grade i'm applying for tenth

Wow, you guys are all n00bs. Get a life, hope u dont get in

39% on SSATS and I got into one of the top private high schools in my state.
OWNED! xD

Thank you for your amazing post.

I appreciate your savant like knowledge… Will you please enlighten us all, dear one?

Wow… I’m speechless.

Comon give the guy a break!

He made it to therapy boarding school… The one that everyone in America stereotypes about boarding school

Oh, the internet, where extremists roam to post their nonsense. The SSAT is a sort of intelligence test, and if you got a 39% (even if you got into the top school) you shouldn’t be proud of yourself.

I got a 2300 and only got 97%, and you got 2313 and got 99%. Good job, but for me. Doesn’t matter though, as I’m sure all here are going where they want to. :).

I know someone on CC a few years ago, when I was applying, that got into one of the AESDCH schools with a 45% SSAT…

SoontoBoard…I got a 2299, a 96%, imagine how frustrating it is for me!

apparently the ssat is not very important
i did bad and got below 75 and got into deerfield and lawrenceville

I got a 99% and got into nowhere… T_T

i got a 91% which was below exeter’s median but i got accepted there.

LOL. “only 97”… sigh.

HAHA. “way below median” wasn’t it like… 2 or 3 points below the average? xD

i got a 78% overall and was acceppted to sps and choate

I got mid/high 80’s and got accepted into Exeter and a few other schools. I am going to attend Exeter.

I took the SSAT on March 09 2009
Verbal: 623 28% D:
Math: 752 83%
Reading: 626 34%

Cuzin got in exeter with 83% on SSAT he’s in 8th grade. I am in 7th.

I got into Exeter with 92%…

I took the SSAT on 10/11/08 with a fair amount of preparation; in other words, a school-mandated test prep class, as well as all of two pages of the Kaplan Review. My percentiles were very good (although, out of Exeter, Andover, and Deerfield, I only made Exeter; incidentally, my top choice):

Upper Level Score Range : 500-800

Verbal Score 767
(Personal Score Range: 746 - 788, SSAT Percentile 96%)

Math Score 791
(Personal Score Range: 770 - 800, SSAT Percentile 97%)

Reading Score 740
(Personal Score Range: 719 - 761, SSAT Percentile 97%)

Total Score 2298
(Personal Score Range: NA, SSAT Percentile 98%)

I got into exeter with an 88 and 89
