I really want to transfer to LSU, but I have an F in Interpersonal Communication at a community college I enrolled in during the summer. She really didn’t teach much! It’s hard for me to get over the fact that I have an F in a course I barely did anything in!
Anyways, I’m enrolled at a different community college now. I’m taking Intermediate Algebra, Eng Comp 1, Public Speaking, and General Psychology.
The courses I’ve completed that’s (above remedial) is Sociology©, Western Civ(B). Intro to Business© Computer Apps in Busn & Indust ©
My grades now:
Eng Comp (A)
General Psy (B)
Intermediate Algebra (A)
Public Speaking (A)
During the summer I will have to take College Algebra (Intermediate won’t count towards LSU degree programs) and two other courses. I was thinking about taking Interpersonal Communications again, Western Civ 2, and another interesting course that will transfer over.
I’ve taken more courses over the year but they mainly developmental courses, such as, Beginning English, Beginning Math, College Life, Intermediate English, etc… Those courses are literally blow off classes. LSU won’t even look at them. They won’t care that I made an A because they are elementary courses.
If I continue will the good grades now what are my chances of being accepted by the Fall of 2015?
I’m instate, if that really matters.
OP: You said, “It’s hard for me to get over the fact that I have an F in a course I barely did anything in!”
Think about it.
