<p>i wouldn’t give a grade if there’s no grade to give… IF they happen to find out that it’s an 8 week class, and realize that you bullshat them with the grade you gave, they might question your integrity, and ultimately second guess your admittance… </p>
<p>i just think total honesty is the right way to go about this type of thing. if there’s something out of your control, i have a hard time believing that they’d penalize you for it, in any respect, especially if your grade trend has been consistently good.</p>
<p>I got a similar email from UCSD regarding abroad classes I am attending this summer.</p>
<p>I responded back, but I still have not been accepted, so we’ll wait to see how these things turn out - but yeah I figured at least I was (or still am) in the running</p>

<p>I was just a mistake on my part though, because I though AP classes would count as “classes taken outside a California Community College” so I clicked the box that said yes on the supplemental…it was all cleared up though.</p>
<p>It’s strange I got an emial like that from UCSB long after I was accepted, they said “We are currently reviewing your application…” I was kinda worried that I’d log in and suddenly I’d be rejected even though I had good grades in the classes haha. But its been a week or so now and no change…</p>
