I need help with my college application!

It's almost November, and I haven't turn in not one application. Should I be worried? I live in Florida and a majority of universities go by rolling admissions, so it doesn't worry me to much, but I trying to fill in all six of my application by November 1, which means I have 5 days left.

The one setback I have is my proof of residency. I do not have a permit, let alone a Fl driver's License. I prefer to walk or ride my bike, so I never really focused on getting a license. The problem is that on the online application I'm required to give my License to prove my residency (3 colleges that I'm applying as out of state). Should I call the colleges and tell them I don't have a License? Because all of my applications is stalled because I can't fill out my proof of residency. Should I mail them other proofs than my License?

You can get a Florida ID card at the Department of Motor Vehicles:

[How to Apply for a Florida Identification Card | DHSMV](GHow To Apply For An ID Card In Florida | DMV.com)

You’ll need to three documents to prove legal residency, social security number and your home address. This site tells you what to bring with you:

[Gather Go Get the FLORiDA Card: Index](http://www.gathergoget.com/)

So, for example, you might bring birth certificate to prove legal residency, SS card to prove your social security number, and HS transcript to prove your home address.

I think SSN and/or Birth Certificate. Have you been arrested?
