If I retake...

How does the whole sending scores thing work?
I haven't sent any of my scores yet and I'm thinking about retaking.
Do I send a college all of my test scores. I scored a 2160 (780M, 700CR, 680W) and a 34 on the ACT. If I retake and do worse, do the colleges see all of my scores or just the ones I choose to send to them?

you can choose with the ACT,
but all your SAT I and SAT II scores will be sent.

i'd recommend sending your scores now, so if you screw up, you won't have to worry about having a low score on your report. On the other hand, if the score is better, resend it. :D

Agree with anhtimmy. Another consideration is if any schools will require SAT IIs, then you'll need to send scores again after you've taken those.

I guess I'll retake the ACT in September and send that score if I do better.
I have to do the October SAT II tests so I'll send those and then retake the SAT in November and re-send if I do significantly better. I just hope the November scores get in on time for Early Decision.
