I don’t know anyone else at my school who applied to ILR, but then again people are very secretive at my school. My SAT score, btw, is not above 2300. That may be just me though.

My SAT score is also not above 2300. it’s a 2260… Do they normally release these decisions so early?

The anticipation is killing me. I need to know now!

wollstonecraft did you recieve an acceptance yesterday?

Earlier someone mentioned rolling admissions, so this could be the first wave: the no-brainers.

Wow. I feel lucky. I only got around a 1780 on my SAT and still got accepted. So those still waiting keep your heads up.

@ Lilishaun did you have any hooks or things that stood out in your application? And what state are you from?

Also to those accepted, when was the letter sent? (the date on the letter)

@jador I would think so. I have a 4.8 gpa, I did teen court cases (I was an attorney and had 132 cs hours from it), I wrote a novel, and am in SWAT (45 hours of cs).

What is SWAT?

Got my acceptance letter yesterday in the mail for ILR! i live in michigan, though.

hi, i also got mine in the mail yesterday! NJ

@starsonmars- didn’t you apply to Engineering or no?

I sent in my app a couple of weeks before the deadline (I think dec 15), and my interview was in early January. I’m not the only one from my school who applied to ILR, though nobody else from my school heard back yet. I have a 2330 SAT, 800 World History and Chem SAT2s, a 760 Math II SAT2, 6 AP Exam 5’s, and I’m taking six other AP classes this year. I’m not sure what my GPA translates to on the 4.0 scale from the system my school uses, but I’m in the top 20 of 600ish. Also, the date on the letter is March 1.

From the info I got from Hotel Admissions, it’s ILR and the Hotel School where a small number get an early March decision. Seems like its ILR mostly in this thread. My daughter applied Hotel and got deferred ED. Anyone from Hotel that was deferred hear March 5th?

The waiting is torture!!

Jewfish no one could argue that you are well qualified!

Anyone know if ILR early notification works for international students or just students in the United States?

ILR admission letter received yesterday in TN. Thin, small envelope- no bells and whistles.

guess i’m waiting till the 29th D:

To those who asked, 24 people at my school applied to Cornell, but I’m not sure if anyone else applied to ILR. So far one other person besides me has gotten in. The letter was dated March 1st, and I most certainly did not have high SAT scores, not for Cornell’s standards at least.

Sunnyyears would you mind me asking where you are from? and did you apply Early Decision or Regular! and CONGRATS to you!
