<p>I am currently a sophomore in my third semester at one of Penn State's satellite campuses. I intend to major in accounting at Smeal College at University Park in the fall of 2012. When I declare my major in the Spring, do I have to apply to Smeal College in addition to this, and if so, when should I have that done by? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.</p>
