I am moving back to New York in 4 months and I am planning on transferring to an inexpensive college such as 'em CUNY colleges. I want to major in Social Work or Sociology and I am trying to find the best colleges for it. I also want a college that has, at least, a good (or decent) social life. I am highly interested in Baruch College, Brooklyn College, and Lehman College and I wanted to know the pros & cons and the good & the bad about these particular colleges. I REALLY want to attend in Baruch College but I heard mixed reviews about it. I heard it was strict and that it's really hard making friends because, you know, it's a business school and it's really good for academic reasons or whatever. Anyways, any advises or suggestions?

I went to Baruch for an information session a month ago. I actually liked it a lot. And i’m waiting for the decision cause I’m willing to transfer there. The thing is that it is cheap and as I understand it gives you a really good business education

I visited Brooklyn College for an information session over the summer and the campus is so so so beautiful. It was so filled with nature, the lily pond was absolutely gorgeous and I almost forgot I was in Brooklyn lol. It’s a really good liberal arts school, one of the best CUNYs as well. There is very high diversity and a lot of majors to choose from as well as clubs and activities happening frequently on campus.
