I applied for inroads this past december, I attended the training and mock interview sessions. I have a 2.85 gpa, has anyone who ever had a 2.8 or above gpa got an inroads internship. I got 1-2 opportunities, but i don’t think i passed my screening process.

This is kind of irrelevant to inroads interns, but when you do a screening process through the phone, what are your best tips to talking on the phone. I rather talk in person than talk through phone. I had two companies phone screen me and said they’ll give my info to the hiring manager, but i haven’t received a response in over 5 days.

I am EXTREMELY upset at INROADS, regarding their lack of communication. Let me talk about my situation. I attend NYU Stern, and was signed up to do the CPS and mock interview at their NYC office. I got extremely ill before, and was hospitalized so I was unable to go. I came back California for the Summer, and did their 1.5 hour CPS online, and completed it. I notified them, as directed, that I had completed the CPS and was ready to take the mock interview. Cool. Never got a response to that email. Ok, I sent about 4 different people another email, all of whom were associated with the LA office. Never got a response. WEEKS pass. I get an email, saying that I need to attend a CPS and Mock Interview session to be considered for an internship…excuse me? I already attended a CPS, and the place where these were being held was about a 2 hour drive from me. I emailed them back, explaining that I had already done the CPS, and was never contacted back for an interview. I was willing to drive there just to do the interview, as I desperately need an internship. No response. A week later, I get the same dam.n email telling me about the CPS and mock interview. I sent about 6 people an email explaining my situation, and once again, got no help. I have tried to contact them by phone, but was only able to get through once. His instructions to me? Email the people. ■■■. I will still probably try to do it next year, as I am willing to put this behind me, but I am also applying to SEO, and hopefully I will get into one of them there.

can you please tell me what SEO is?

SEO is an EXTREMELY selective, VERY intense, and more prestigious version of inroads. It is more for like iBanking, S&T, and the like.
