International RD thread...

I'm a he. Lol.

Well, I did pledge $2000 a year.

Then its a very good thing you applied to so many colleges.

I don't think you can actually apply for a full ride, its moreso they see how much income your family has and then decide how much you need. Its more than possible for them to admit you with less than desired aid rather than just rejecting you flat.

Anyhow- Good Luck :). You applied to NTU and NUS.. are you Singaporean?

Thanks for the support. I was feeling lonely.

Naw, I'm a Filipino, and have studied under the Indian (CBSE) system in the Sultanate of Oman - mix and match of three cultures, lol.

How about you?

what! you already found out about haverford?!

yup...they sent me an email on the 24th..

ahh eff,
i am an intl, living in california.
i should be getting something on monday, eh?
i will join you, tweet.
where else did u apply/waiting for?

2 days to the swarthmore email decision !

You know what I think? I think they should just give us all our decisions around the same time, and tell us whether or not we've been accepted or not. I'm tired of waiting for my Vassar e-mail, and already many intels have gotten an e-mail saying they've been accepted. That could possibly mean I'm rejected. But can't they at least have the courtesy to tell me at around the same time as the rest?

Please?

BTW, Rishabh, you online full-time or what?

no mate. i come on check stuff. go out. come back. check stuff. write stuff. go out. eat. blah-blah-blah.

im not that bored in life man to sit watchin the screen all day long !

I'm living on another planet!

are you sure Swarthmore is going to email decisions on Tuesday? what time?

Well someone on CC told me 28th , so i took it as 28th !

Otherwise I thought it was 1st April.

I was the person who told rishabh that it is tuesday... and I am pretty sure it is

oh im sorry acceptance , i had forgotten it was you ;)

thanks anyways !

I am waiting for Swat too :)

cnsidering most colleges release their decisions in the afternoon, I guess the morning of the 29th would be the best time for me to check my email :) I so hate time difference!!!!

also, Romania has changed its hour last night to the official summer hour, so we're one hour ahead, what was last night 3 has turned into 4. does anyone know if the us have also changed their hour?
cause what was before 5 pm for the release of the decisions was for Romania 12 am, now it's gonna be 1 am!!!! plus Brown announced they would post decisions online at 6 pm!!!! meaning 2 am here! and Friday means school day.....I think I won't go to school though, too much stress for me to handle in one night, too much to be able to face my teachers the next day.....

midnight isnt all that bad eh ? i kinda sleep a lil later than that on a normal day anyway . . .
