I have an interview tonight (at 7pm) and we were hit with very bad weather. My school cancelled classes today (it was that bad). Should I email the interviewer and ask whether or not the interview is still going to occur? There's a chance that the place we are meeting at isn't even open due to the bad weather. What should I do?

Eh, this is probably too late now, but you should’ve been in contact right away. Oh well, I don’t think the interviewer can really hold it against you.

Thanks, but I already contacted him and had the interview anyway. The interview was awesome, which is shocking because I’m a huge introvert. I’m just happy that my interviewer was so easy to talk to.

Send a thank you email to the interviewer.
Add that you’d like to contact him again if you have any further questions.
Do a little networking…

harvard521, I had that exact same feeling as you!!! Glad to hear it went well :)

I plan to send a thank you email. Hopefully that is a good sign, disagreement, especially since you were accepted. Only problem is your stats are much better, but thanks anyway!

Well, it’s always a good thing when you get an interviewer that you click with =P

Best of luck If you’re from Philly, you have better chances :)

Unfortunately, I’m from Pittsburgh.
