bearcats, what did you take your freshman year? To take all that many ME and EECS classes sounds insane while IOE was still your main major. Did you double major ME and IOE and minor is CS?

I’m guessing you probably already had credit for all calcs, chem, and physics when you entered.

Did you also take summer classes?

vlad, which math ? wcc? high school? both?

Various… I took BC in high school and 3, 4, and Linear at WCC.

vlad, what math did you take at u of m
and why didn’t you take lin, calc 3, diff eq at U of M, cause you were afraid it’d be too hard?
are you minoring in math or doing applied math as well or stats?

Tell us Vlad, tell us!

The period of time I went to Michigan and the period of time I went to WCC are mutually exclusive. WCC is WAY cheaper. And I’ve already told you what math I’ve taken at Michigan.

I’ve completed the minor in math.

@vlad, study habits? how much do you study a day? are you a genius? do you read the textbooks?

Lol , man. You’re getting hammered

I probably average 50 hours per week in class+homework+studying. Though it varies a lot. I’m not a genius, intellectually around 85th percentile nationally as best as I can tell. I generally don’t read the whole textbook but depending on the class and all sometimes I read a chapter or something.

do you do a lot of extra problems aside from what is assigned?

do you study in the duderstadt?

is this guy trolling…?

not trolling, I can pm you a copy of my unofficial transcript (jnot gonna show it here to the public)
I’m seriously struggling and need some help and advice.

I usually just do what’s assigned. For studying I usually do practice problems or practice tests if they’re posted. I think my Freshman year I used to go all out and do extra problems and such, but I figured out it generally wasn’t worth it.
