IS APUSH easier than APWH?

I’ll be taking APWH this year but will have a not-so-good teacher, according to previous students. I had a great teacher last year and got a 5 on the AP exam. Is the APWH test harder than APUSH?

the apwh test is easier in that the course doesn’t go into as much detail as apush does.

i got a 4 on apush and a 5 on ap world.

just be sure to read the book and study if you have a “crappy” teacher

ap world is mainly a sophomore class and apush is a junior class so obviously world is easier

^The reverse is true at my school so APUSH is obviously easier. No. Different schools have different “sophomore classes.” World is still easier, but it’s not “obviously” easier.

I know at one school, APUSH is taught as a freshmen course. Many kids got fives.

However, that school was an IB school, so their numbers are more likely to be higher…

I’m at an IB school too and took APUSH as a sophomore. I’ll be taking the AP Euro exam this year - it turns out that the IB World History course is closer to AP Euro than to AP World History.

The APWH test is generally. considered to be easier than the APUSH test. APWH puts more focus on broad trends and general change over time. APUSH tends to be more specific.

APWH DBQ’s are also far easier than APUSH DBQ’s.

I took APWH as a freshman, I received a 4, but then again, I was a freshman.
