Is it really hard to get in PSU,university park?

<p>As an international student, I am curious about university park?
Is is really hard to get in as an international.. ?</p>

<p>It depends.. it is definitely harder for out of state students to get in. I was really suprised this year when my friend with a 3.2 GPA and a 1290 got rejected and didn't even get offered Summer session!!! He was so upset..</p>

<p>i think it depends on when you apply... PSU is extremely lenient for Oct-Nov applications (judging that most friends with average grades got in)</p>

<p>yes.. well i can tell you that I applied in september and got in by the first week in nov... this boy also applied the same time as me and has 2 alumni... i dont know what psu was thinking</p>

<p>Juicygal maybe it was the 3.2 GPA and the ok SAT score. Maybe for in state, but OOS forget about it.</p>
