@Sccr, yes it was 2 and 5/12

do u remember the question?

whats the answer to the 30-60-90 triangle and 45-45-90 one inside it problem (where the dist between the tips of the two was 10)? my sister wants to know.

What answer choice was the c= 1 question? I know it was in the format FGHJK

^ DEFINITELY!

Took the (x+2) factor, divided the polynomial by -2 in using synthetic division, and found that the coefficient of -2 (which was c) had to equal 1! So it’s 1, you can be assured. :)

Yeah I know it was 1, but what letter was it?

C, i think. somewhere in the middle…?

FGHJK?

J? Maybe?

@liv4physicz 13.7

im pretty sure thats what i got… what did the question ask for specifically?

answer to the weight question?

I have to say this math section was one of the hardest math sections i have ever encountered. The first few questions were pretty easy but the questions progressively got tougher. A lot of the questions were worded weirdly. Also, i thought that there were a lot of obscure questions like the problems with the matrix and the triangle proof. Hopefully i didn’t do too bad of a job…

@liv The exact question looked something like this:

wasnt the matrix problem just addition of matrices? easy, right?

Does anyone remember the questions (and maybe answer choices) for 54 and 55? And what would a -3 or -4 be? Factoring in two mess ups on quick guesses that’s how many I got wrong…

54 was, according to greywolf, 13/6
55 was the matrix question. Do you want the exact question? Because I think I still have the matrices stored in my calc.

Oh right no I remember that one, do you remember the subject at all for 54?

Does anyone have April’s scoring summaries? Like…You get a 36 if u get 1 or 2 wrong… A 35 with 3, etc…? <— just my own example.
I just want to see where I’d probably fall at in this section it was pretty hard.
So basically I’m asking about the curve? thanks!

I believe #54 was the problem about “a” and “b” whose sum is 5 and product is 6. The final question was what is (a/b) + (b/a)? Thus, (2/3) + (3/2) = 13/6.

Hey guys. According to my estimations, I got somewhere in the range of 52 to 54 correct out of 60. Any guesses as to what that would translate to on a 1-36 scale?
