I took my SAT for the first time and got the following:
CR: 590 (Goal = 670)
Math: 650 (760)
Writing: 610 (690)

total: 1850 (can I get a 2120 on my next try)

...wasn't expecting much more (and was actually shocked that my math was that low), but I eventually want to get 2100-2200 for the schools that I am applying to
Has anybody drastically improved their scores and could they tell me how?

I dont know about that 600 points but i took blue book and 3 real SAT practice tests over about a month and a half (just 1 section a night until i finished all 10 sections and then i went back and checked all my wrong answers) and i increased from a 600CR 670M 570W to 670CR 750M 670W so our scores are quite similar.

Yeah FMHS1 that is a huge improvement, congrats... I also improved 160 points out of a possible 310 on the recent SAT(1600 math+cr) I was just wondering how 88888 went up 600 points. I am curious how that happened as I almost can't believe it is possible.

seriously a 600 point change on a 2400scale is ridiculous. a change of 200test is unheard of.
i got a 2200 on my first try (750math, 730writing, 720 critical reading). is a 2300 reasonable if i wanted to take it again (770math, 760writing, 770cr)

I took my first practice test in my sophmore year i got 1440 lol. I was like omg why is the test so long.. I kinda just gave up after like 5 sections... Then I started studying summer before my junior year and got 1890 in Dec 06 and 2040 on the jan 07 SAT.
I kinda want to take it again..
