Juniors: post your PSAT to SAT scores

PSAT 230 - CR76 M74 W80 (soph PSAT CR73 M80 W74)
SAT 2250 - CR800 M760 W690

My son frequently makes silly mistakes in math - it's by far his strongest subject IRL. The essay (7) definitely did in the SAT writing score.

215/2140

Pretty consistent. My math and CR went up and my writing went down (thanks to the essay :()

PSAT:
CR - 68
M - 69
W - 78

SAT:
CR - 740
M - 720
W - 680
E - 8 (better than I expected)

Interesting thread. I like it!

Very Consistent!!!

238 (198) /2360

W: 800

YAY~

235 >> 2290

stupid writing section on the SAT. 700 vs reading 800 and math 790. very surprised/confused. yarrr :(

PSAT: 69CR 62M 67W
SAT: 740CR 670M 740W

Yay, improvement :)

Psat: 66 Cr 80 M 80 W - 226
Sat: 710 Cr 790 M 800 W - 2300

197

2120(composite)

206

2190 (cr720, M760, W710)

218 to 2240

214/2190
CR hurt on PSATs, math hurt me on SATs

223 > 2240

The only bragging rights I have is a 11 on my SAT essay, other than that, I am a mere, pitiful, gloomy girl.

PSAT: 203
CR:71
Math: 54
Writing: 78

SAT: 1970
CR 730
Math: 600
Writing: 640 (8 essay)

My Math and CR both went up quite a bit, but my writing was really bad!

PSAT: 223 Soph year, then 219

SAT: 2300

:D

210/1900.

Don't know what happened.

Psat: 157
Cr 43
M 72
W 42

Sat: 1660
Cr 380
M 720
W 560

235/2400 - I attribute the difference to statistical wobble - I didn't do anything in between, and the essay "10" wouldn't have helped the writing portion particularly. Yee-haw

Psat - 63r 80m 61w (204)
Sat- 720r 740m 760w (2220)

PSAT - 78 CR, 80M, 80W
SAT (April) - 720 CR, 750 M, 730 W (11 essay)
SAT (May) - 770 CR, 800 M, 780 W (12 essay)

The PSAT was much easier for me bc it was shorter and didn't include the essay. When i took the April SAT i was deathly sick, which is one of the reasons why my score was so different in May. Also, i thought the May test was exponentially easier (I had no clue on two April math, remember that negative exponents one??? On the other hand, i didn't have issues with any of the may ones.). And, it can't hurt that less AP kids take the May exam, ie, better curve. I thought the writing curve was a little unusual, I who got 3 multiple choice wrong and a 12 essay got a 780, whereas my friend who didnt get any wrong and a 9 essay got an 800... Still, i have no reason to complain, it was just weird.

PSAT-191

SAT-2130

You can say that I was suprised.
