<p>Yes still send 2008’s Tax Returns. Mine has a huge difference too. I think you should send your 2009 Tax Returns whenever you get them back. =]</p>
<p>Yeah, if you take the short questionnaire on Cornell’s website, it says you send 2008 tax returns now, and 2009 tax returns later (after you’re accepted, I think).</p>

<p>I submitted mine electronically. Basically scanned the files and uploaded them. I couldn’t upload them in big resolution so I had to upload them in lower quality and I did it in pdf. If they want them in hard copy or better quality they would have to receive them later. At least they will have the numbers while the better copies arrive, so I don’t think this should be a problem.</p>
