<p>Does anyone know anything about a JV basketball team at Columbia? I have heard one existed, but I would love to find out if it is still active and what kind of level it plays at. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.</p>

<p>WarreJor, I had heard that there was an actual JV team, not a club team. I don’t think there is men’s club basketball, so I was assuming the “JV” was something different. Could be wrong though.</p>
<p>We probably had one in the 70’s, or whenever they had freshmen teams and the like. In college there’s varsity athletics and club sports.</p>
<p>Some schools have JV teams for things (I recently learned that Harvard has a variety of “JV” or “B” squads) but I’m pretty sure we don’t. You’d best look into club sports or intramurals. Also, there are pickup games literally all the time at Dodge.</p>
