<p>Like the OP said, EA was for the medalists. Every year, RPI hands out about 3,000 medals with scholarships. Those who receive one can apply EA.</p>
<p>I still haven't heard anything from RPI. The OP heard from RPI over two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything. Hm...</p>
