I take it next month for the second time. I took it during the summer and I hope to improve so would be great if you guys could share any and all reactions to the test.

Everytime you think it's going to be easiest ("Oh the first and the last test per testing cycle are always the easiest!") it's never true. Go in thinking that every test is going to be the hardest one ACT has issued yet and then come out pleasantly surprised when you stomp all over it.

Also based on the past two science sections ACT is apparently trying to incorporate outside knowledge into the science portion now. Maybe brush up on the basics. (Last time it was cell cycles, this time it was conversions and another question I forgot)

that more people are taking ACT everyday, so they make the tests harder.

How was it? Our Sept tests have been postponed (Hurricane Ike)

Yep. Don't know when my testing will be back up for the ACT's.
Hope the date isn't when I take the SAT's. :/

The approach for your postponed September exam, however, will be entirely different from the character of this previous exam. They always make it drastically different. For instance, the consensus is that test in June was much easier(?) / science was much harder / math was easier whearas this september exam had comparatively supereasy English and Reading sections.
