<p>Is Fordham very receptive to the LGBT community? Is there a GSA or other student organizations? Do people really care? I don't know if the Jesuit part would make them more receptive or the catholic part less so. I'm considering attending the LC campus in the fall.</p>
<p>Answers to one or all of these questions would be appreciated.</p>
<p>You will fit in at LC just fine. Have no worries! Nobody will care if you are gay or not.</p>
<p>I go to LC, which is VERY gay-friendly. we do have a GSA type of club, they’re known as the “rainbow alliance” here and very active in LGBT awareness, advocacy, and programming on campus. They also have added LGBT as a part of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, and have Diversity Peer Educators that host sustained dialogues on different relevant topics, sometimes involving gay issues.</p>
<p>What i’m trying to say is that we have a big LGBT population and people are very accepting of all sexualities, so you’ll do fine!</p>
