Thanks myajoy11 ^

that is helpful to know re my.lmu.edu, thanks myajoy11.

Why is it taking LMU so long, ahh!

Three of my close friends also applied to LMU and none of us have heard back. The only people at my school that have gotten accepts and rejects were the ones applying for film majors.

So hopefully they can get to the rest of us soon, I hate waiting. /:

Accepted this morning as a marketing major! I couldn’t be happier!

Stemar you were deferred at first right? Congrats! You must be so relieved haha

Can not access MyPaw. It shows sysytem error. Is this happening to anyone else?

That is happening to me too.

It had a system error for me last night, but now it’s working. LMU is the only school I’m waiting to hear from.

Wow that happened to me I am still waiting for LMU too!!! I can’t stand the wait!! Does anybody know when they come out!!

still waiting on chapman and loyola. wow they take a while! hahah

i got into chapman E.A. just waiting on santa clara and loyola. They are taking forever!

Few of my friends have already been accepted and im worried as heck! I know some of my friends that have been accepted in with a low gpa and a sucky SAT score, so im hoping i can get in as well…im not sure. kinda anxious.

GPA: 3.81
SAT:1580 (i know…not high ): )
I have 200+ of community service, Ive had several leader positions at school, basketball and tennis (varsity), officer of interact club member.

you should hear about santa clara very soon! I got in yesterday!

has anyone in screenwriting heard yet?

I just got in heard from my portal!!! Yayyyyyy

My D is a freshman at LMU. We are not religious either. No problem. There are opportunities for religious experiences for those of faith. Many faiths have offices on campus, jewish, budhist, etc. But no pressure or requirements to participate. It seems to be a very open and accepting school.

She loves it, she has made friends in several areas, her dorm friends, her dance major friends and in her sorority. I can see her growth and increased independence.

West LA is a fun place to live, lots to do. Not much time as she is very busy with academic classes, dance classes, sorority commitments and service. The school is very into service and there are lots and lots of opportunities to serve others. With the service projects at her dorm, she’s gone to work at the Downtown Mission and prepared and handed out sandwiches for homeless at Venice Beach. Her work study job is to work at a local school, helping in a kindergarden classroom.

My daughter heard back very late last year and was accepted. Maybe got waitlisted or her major had to go to bat for her.

how late did she hear?

Does anyone know if LMU gives good financial aid?

Juicycutie
Which school did you pick. It looks like we applied and got accepted to similar schools but I’m from the east so you probably know a lot more about the california schools than I do
