im lookin for a college that is near or very very close to the water. mostly located south east coast like atlantic ocean. maybe even gulf coast. thanks

With no particular regard to the nature of the schools themselves, here are some that immediately come to mind: UNC-Wilmington; Carolina Coastal U; Flagler College; University of North Florida; Florida Atlantic U; Florida International U; U of Miami; Florida Gulf Coast U; New College of Florida; U of South Florida; U of Tampa; U of West Florida; Spring Hill College

And another decent one, the College of Charleston

UCSB or UCSC has a LOVELY coastal location...if you're willing to hit the west

wrangler, correction: Carolina Coastal U SHOULD HAVE BEEN Coastal Carolina U - sorry for any confusion

What size college do you want? Are finances a consideration? Anything else important about the college? What are your stats?

There are plenty of SE colleges near coasts. Most aren't that hard to get into. Narrow the field by answering the above.

W&M is close to James and York rivers as well as Cheasapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean

thanks for the help. im lookin for a school for business. i would like a large school. well maybe not huge but def. not small. and i will be transfering probably with like a 2.9 3.3 gpa

2.9 3.3 gpa

you are not gonna be able to transfer with those stats...

ok so im not positive what my gpa is but all i know is so far i have gotten above a B in all my classes and this is my second year. so i know a B is transferable to all colleges... or most... but school suggestions?

Use College Board's search function and click on the states you'd like it to search under 'Location.'

wrangler: most of the schools I gave you above seem realistic for admission/transfer based on your information above. The ones listed as "colleges" tend to be small, the others (the "U"s) medium to large. I am sure most of them offer business majors but I can't comment on the quality, a quick check of each web page should give you enough to know whether anything there is worth pursuing.

With your stats Eckerd College or Flagler College seem like good choices. They both offer an undergraduate degree in business. However, they are not large schools. For a little bit larger school you could consider University of Tampa or University of West Florida. In California your best bet is San Diego State.

thanks for the help. if you have anymore just keep them comin

? any more?

Christopher Newport, maybe.
