Looking for advice

So I'm in a predicament here. I'm debating whether or not I should have transferred this fall to Northeastern. I had spent all of last year working towards transferring there and by the time I was accepted it was "questionable" whether or not I would have campus housing. Because of this I decided to stay at the University of Dayton.

I'm wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a school that I should look into transferring to that has a little bit better program or assistance for transfers and preferably somewhere in the Northeast also a liberal arts college.

High school:
GPA: 2.8 (poor)
Test Scores: Lets not talk about it
But lots of activities and varsity sports.

College: University of Dayton (Poly Sci)
Current Status: Sophomore
GPA: 3.3
UD Rowing Captain, Servant Leadership, and River Stewards Program.

Also I'm applying for the Spring in NYU if that carries any weight.

Am I SOL on transferring anywhere on the east coast or is there some hope?

bump

10

Also I was wondering does it look back to a college if you had declined transferring but then reapply for it again how does that situation work?

My example is if I reapply to Northeastern for spring 2009 after I had declined it in Fall 2008?

bump......

why didnt u defer ur fall 2008 admission to spring 2009?
