Low GPA chances at WashU ED

Just wondering if anyone at all gets in with a GPA lower than 3.6, given other solid stats

Academics: My UW GPA is 3.55, W is 3.85ish; I'm an IB Diploma candidate; taking hard classes this year including IB Physics HL and IB Latin HL.

Score: My ACT is a 33. 35 R, 30 M, 34 E, 31 S.

Many ECs, some of the more outstanding being an internship for the head of the UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain (got a letter of Rec from him, as well), 10 yrs piano, black-belt martial arts, captain of ultimate frisbee, 100s hours volunteering, mentor, participated in an Academic Talent Program for aspiring neuroscientists over the summer.

Letters of rec are fantastic.

Demonstrated interest, I visited, interviewed, called the office, etc...

So, given that my gpa is s***, do I have any shot?

Yeah, of course a 3.55 GPA can get you in. Would a 4.0 be better? Well, yeah probably. Will the admissions officers throw out your application after seeing a 3.55? Of course not - they are much more holistic than that.

What is your class rank? It makes a big difference whether or not you are in the Top 10%.

Everyone has a shot. And seriously, who ever told you a 3.6 was bad?

Chill a little bit. You seem a tad high-strung.
