Loyola Vs. DePaul

I am torn between these two! I have until May 1 to choose where I will be going for college and I am stuck. I want to major in pre med. I know Loyola has a good medical field but I heard DePaul has a good one too and whats an advantage is that its smaller and better for 1 on 1 with professors. I have to pay about 11000 per year for Loyola and around 9000 for DePaul.
The problem for Loyola is that It's mandatory I go to this [Bridge] program in the summer for 3 straight weeks (no break) and mandatory I dorm. If I dont do it, I wont be admitted to Loyola. Classes are from 9 a.m to 9 p.m daily. I'm in IB and I want my break not forced into more work for another month. & I DON'T want to dorm. & it's around $2,500 extra.
Isn't it the same for both? Both have the same graduation rate. & it's on the student if they want to do good in classes like Biology for pre med. Should I just go to DePaul? If it's the same thing? DePaul will be less stressful, cheaper, closer as well as good classes. Not as great, but good enough.
Opinions?
