OK... so who's taking it?

I am. I don't think it'll be that hard.

OK... so who's taking it?

I am. I don't think it'll be that hard.

I am too. I am gonna revise the entire Barrons book today, and take 2 practice SATs from the book. I am aiming for a 750+

so am i and i'm going mad with the calc use.

I am as well; does anyone know how accurate the Princeton Review practice tests are?

I'm taking it in November and I'm scared to death! I hate math :(

Is Kaplan's book harder? I got worked really hard on the first practice test!

This was supposed to be easy.

amnesia, that's what i heard. i'm also using PR and Kaplan, just going to do papers

i like maths. :D

so do i, but i don't like to have to use calcs, i'm not used to them.

What's the best prep book for it?

I am using Kaplans.

The problem is the book is easy, except the practice tests are hard!!!

I though kaplan was very easy. Never actually took the practice test though...

yea it is easy but the practice tests are hard.

I took it in january and made a bubbling error and got a 650 >:| So...now I have to waste another saturday taking this test

i'd be pretty happy with that. :p

did you think that test was hard?

No, it was really, really easy.

Can those of you that say the test is easy please help me out...I am strong at math, but after taking ap calc and ap stat the past years I find that I've really forgotten all the trig, geometry, etc. that are huge parts of the test... I've bought the Barron's book and am looking through that, and am kinda discouraged about how much I'll have to relearn...How should I prepare?
Thanks for the help!

The curve for SAT II Math 2C is a lot easier than SAT I Math. When I took the SAT II Math 2C I thought I made occasional errors here and there but I got 790 while I average 700's on SAT I Math. The level of math for 2C is a bit higher but you should fine. My friends scored a bit lower than I did because of poor time management. I've also heard (not sure) that you can miss about 6~8 questions and still get 800 on 2C. Good luck.

I'm taking it in December. Anyone else?

You can miss 8 and still get an 800, yes that is correct.

NCguy, I'm in the same boat as you... I didn't forget a lot of it, it's just that I can't "think like the test"
