yea the avergae speed was 53 1/3 km

^2 yea i got that

Thank you. What was the one with the plane and the line segment being = 6 but extended to 12? I skipped that and never got a chance to go back…

what was the one with the powers and prime numbers?

^i put b
10 char

if you omit 4 and get everything else right, would that be 800? or would even that depend on the curve?

^beta_fist i put 339 i think

Liza, I think I put c. I don’t really remember what it was, but i plugged it into my calc.

I used the arbitrary numbers of 3,5,7 for their respective letters.

That would almost certainly be an 800.

redhot, omit 4 and all else right will always be a 800.

what question # was the law of cosines (triangle with sides 5,6,7) one?

Average speed was 40 km/hr for 10 km and then 80 km/hr for 10 km not sure on units but it doesn’t really matter… So it takes the guy 1/4 hour (15 mins) to run the first 10 at speed 40 and (1/8) hour (7.5 min) for him to run the next 10 km. Average speed is total distance over total time so 20km/22.5 min = 20km/0.375 hr = 53.3333
I actually put 60 on the test because I just ran out of time and guessed… stupid me

^
Same, I ran out of time :|

Yeah, I did the speed one in about 2.5 seconds, mentally. I knew it had to be <60 b/c she spent more time going 40 km/hr. I’m glad I guessed and didn’t stop when I onlyi had 20 sec left!

(2AB)/(A+B) came in handy on that question.

Was so stupid I figured out 53.333 on the way home I was like ffffff

Can anyone confirm the prime number one?

was the law of cosines question #40?

and was #50 choice D?

can anyone confirm the symmetry over y=-x?

Bulb, I think it has been decided it is (-2, -3)
