Just a quick question for current Princeton students: which meal plan would you recommend? Do you find yourself eating at the dining halls often enough to pick the larger plan, or can you get by with the other? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'd like to know the same! So far I've marked the smaller meal plan, because the tradeoff is about 45 meals for $96 per semester. I honestly can't see myself getting up early enough and having enough time in the morning to go to the dining hall, sit down, finish eating, and leave in time for class, and a $2 breakfast isn't that hard to come by.

i've eaten breakfast in the dining halls (other than brunch) exactly once in the two years that I've been at princeton, and that was before a 9am final when our whole class went to breakfast. I've eaten late breakfast several times (maybe 5-10 times). I don';t think that i've ever run out of meals on 14 meals a week, I think i generally use about 10 meals a week. Points are nice though, im not sure if they still offer them next year
