Medical school admissions

I’ll be applying to college next year and plan on ultimately applying to medical school. The undergrad schools I am considering are: Lehigh, Rutgers, and Boston College. Does anyone feel that any one of these schools will increase my chances of med school acceptance?

I'm in the same boat as you, and I love BC, I went to the info session and I think the acceptance rate from undergrad to me school was in the high 80's low 90's which is fairly high.

It not the colleges that will get you into med school, it just you. There a huge number of Harvard College students who were rejected from Harvard Law, so if you grad school is your aim than rely on your work ethics and gpa to carry you. That being said, I say go to BC (you can't go to a BC site and expect subjective answer from students who going here). BC have a deal with Tufts Medical to admit highly qualify junior with outstanding grades. Be warn that BC pre-med program is INTENSE, the attrition rate is uncommonly high. If you survise it than med school is cake walk to get into

I say BC. Rutgers is just well...HUGE! It's a big boy. A lot less personal attention. I dunno about Leigh, I mean it's good, but I don't think it comes with the prestige of BC
