Michigan State University Chances and Scholarships

<p>I have a 4.2 GPA, 30 ACT, National Honor Society (Treasurer), Student Council, and other extracurriculars. What are my chances and what scholarships do you think I would be able to get.</p>

<p>I’d consider you to pretty much be an automatic admit. Also, you’d get invited to the Honors College if you’re well-ranked at your school. Here’s some info:</p>

<p>"Invitations are extended within four to six weeks of the MSU admission to high school students who:</p>

<ul>
<li>Rank in the top 5 percent of their high school graduating class.</li>
<li>Have an ACT composite score of at least 30 or an SAT score of at least 1360 (Critical Reading plus Math sections only). MSU requires an ACT or SAT with a writing component."</li>
</ul>

<p>If you’re an out of state student, that means you’ll get an $18,000 grant to equalize your tuition to that of a Michigan resident. If you’re in-sate you also get some money. Here are some details for the Honors College:
