Mid year report for EA applicants?

<p>Harvard requires all applicants to send in mid year report, but my first semester doesn't end until Winter break. Will I still need to submit one?</p>

<p>That’s one of the advantages of applying early, be it ED or EA. You send in your mid-year report after you’ve been accepted. But your acceptance can be rescinded if your 1st semester senior grades are vastly different than the rest of your transcript.</p>

<p>I know that when my D applied ED to Cornell, their admissions called her GC in late Nov. to see how she had done for the first ten weeks.</p>
