Midyear reports: How does a record like this look?

Well my grades for second quarter are pretty much set. They weren't as strong as first quarter, so can anyone tell me how UPenn (especially Wharton) might think of this?
Class/First Quarter/Predicted Second Quarter
Phys. Ed: A, A+
IB ToK: A, A+
IB Mathematics SL: A-, B
IB French SL: A+, A+
IB History HL: A, B+
AP Stats: A-, A
IB Physics HL: A-, B-
IB English HL: A-, A

I like most of my grades, but I will probably have 3 B's for second quarter.
Any insights? Thanks!

I hope that should be fine! I have a B or two in my mid year report…I guess we can’t really do much except hope for the best :)

Good luck!

^haha yeah, especially considering how tough our courseloads are!

omg if you changed stats to visual arts and got rid of gym, we would have the exact same schedule and almost exact same grades…i think ill be getting a B in math and B+ or A- in physics…ugh what a failure. anyways i had to take the SL test last year after only 1 half of the curriculum bahaha and i did pretty well…that tidbit of info was completely unneeded…

ugh
anyways im riding on my midterm for my deferral. ■■■.

anddd yes i totally agree on the courseload. UGH its 3am and im still working on homework—nrmally its not like this, but lacrosse has started and i dont want to b kicked off my captain spot lol

honestly i think im just rambling in order to procrastinate…
ill stop now haha
