MSU wants students to pay AOP (Admission Orientation Program) of $250 with in 4 weeks of getting admission letter applied via ROLLING ADMISSION process (NOT EARLY ACTION). Common App has a clause that if you accept admission from one university via EARLY ACTION (say, MSU), you can't get/accept admission from other university via EARLY ACTION (say U of Mich). Is this true?

No, absolutely not. You’re confusing early decision with early action- neither of which MSU really has.

Early decision is binding, early action is not.

And you don’t have to deposit within 4 weeks. They just want you to do it by whatever the deadline is but the sooner the better.

The most important thing is MSU does not use Common app :-P:-P
