<p>I think anyone who is a minority received the Preview information. This may include all minorities (even the represented ones in the college world). I'm hispanic and received information about it.</p>

<p>If you got in ED you might not get invited because they don't need to woo you, you're already contracted to Penn. I'm not sure if it's selective based on talents or based on which minorities Penn wants more of or not selective at all, but it's a fun time. I worked for MRP back in the day so I got to help with organising it...free food, what more could any college kid ask for?</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure it's for all underrepresented minorities. Information should be on the right hand side of the online acceptance page.</p>

<p>People who got these invitations, did you get accepted at the reguluar time or early. I applied to swat and I got my decision early sothat I could go the the Preview weekend. My friend is too afraid to look up her decision online, so if you haven't gotten invited, does this mean you're not accepted?</p>
<p>I got it and I'm asian. From what I understand, Penn pays for your flight too if you're invited.</p>
<p>yeah...i'm asian, too. hey, robotFOOD, are you sure they pay for transportation? my mom and i just bought our tickets...i qualify for financial aid if that's the qualification for a free trip, but will they reimburse my mom for my ticket?</p>

<p>It depends what kind of Asian you are. If you're I don't know Filipino or Cambodian, you'll probably get invited. Chinese, Japanese, etc probably won't unless you're from an urban location, a very rural area, or some other underpresented factor.</p>
