So, if you want , it would be nice if you post your instrument, years of practice, and pieces that you're currently playing here.
Just thought that this forum needed a place for music players.
General discussion is welcomed of course :)

I'll start first-
Piano, 7 years, and I am now practicing haydn's sonata in C major no.50

I know soooo many people play piano, so this is going to make me feel unoriginal, but oh well!

Piano, 9 years-- right now playing Chopin’s Minute Waltz, an arrangement of OneRepublic’s Apologize, a Phantom of the Opera Medley, and Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Minute Waltz is fuuun.

Piano-11 years: Liszt’s Liebestraum No. 3. I did Bowen’s Toccata/Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 2 Mvmt. I earlier this year and Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody No. 15, Barber’s Nocturne, and some other stuff last year.

Violin-10 years: Butterfly Lover’s Concerto (such a long piece, ■■■). Probably gonna do Kriesler’s Theme/Variations in the style of Tartini (comparatively easy, I know) for my orchestra audition in September unless I feel incredibly motivated to work my ass off on something more difficult.

I play a lot of hardcore music in my band (Attack Attack!; The Color Morale; Woe, Is Me and stuff like that), but i started learning Rondo Alla Turca by Mozart a little while ago. Its pretty cool.

Clarinet: 7 years
Tenor Sax: 5 years
Piano: 6 years

No idea what I’m currently playing Did a Clarinet/Saxophone duet last week and made a superior on it at Solo and Ensemble… I think it was called Andante and Allegro? maybe. Idk.

Oh… and moonlight sonata is my favorite on piano.

And tneor sax is just whatever we’re playing in jazz band… We played Poker Face the other day. =D XD

Voice - singing since I was two, learning music & voice for 8 years
Guitar - on and off for many years
Piano - 2 years of formal lessons but mostly self-taught

Right now I’m working on directing my own small group performance of the Time Warp, so I guess you could say that I’m working on that for voice/arranging… Other than that, I’m picking out choral pieces to teach children over the summer, so I guess I’ll be learning those soon as well. Then I’ll probably get a few more rock, pop, rhythm & blues, musical theatre, and/or jazz pieces down before college in the fall. Right now I’m considering tackling another Etta James tune or something by Queen.

Voice- 7 years. Right now I’m singing some song by Bach in German solo. It means “My heart Ever faithful” or something. I’m doing a ton of ensemble stuff as well like “Let their Celestial Concerts all Unite” by Haydn and “Sicut Cervus” by Palestrina.
Piano- 6 years. I’m doing a Haydn piano sonata. I don’t know the name b/c my teacher cut off the title when he was making the copy.
Handbells- 3 years. I’m playing Danse Macabe.

I also play the recorder, handbells, and the trumpet. However, I think I’m going to drop the trumpet, recorder, and handbells soon. However, I’m going to do much more with my voice. I’m hopefully singing in five choirs next year plus private lessons!

Piano (so original!)
I played on/off for 5 years (practiced only at lessons aka. 30 min/week >_>). I’m actually decent for playing 2 hours per month for 5 years xD

I’m actually going trying to start up again this summer… I’d like to be able to sight read much better and play more challenging songs!

I can play Merry-go-round of Life from Howl’s Moving Castle (movie from Hayao Miyazaki/music written by Joe Hisaishi). I can play “Last Song” by GACKT, and learning Regret and Tsuki no Uta (Moon Ballad) by GACKT. I’d like to learn some songs from Spirited Away, some more GACKT songs, and some openings from shows. ^o^ I’m so cool!

Piano - 10 years (don’t play currently, too busy).
Last thing I played was Mendelssohn piano concerto, Liszt piano concerto, chopin etudes, bach suites, etc.

Violin - 5 years
Wieniawski scherzo tarantelle, beethoven violin romance, saint saens intro and rondo capriccioso

Excited about my pieces!
Sent from my SGH-T959V using CC App

Alto Sax - 6 years, exploring jazz after a lot of classical.

Marimba - 7 months, mainly for drumline and basic stuff before moving to intense stuff. I can only practice in school though since I don’t own one.

Clarinet - Like three days, getting used to the embouchure -_-

I’ve been on an exploration lately. Wish I had a Tenor Sax so I could fit my name.

Also, just found out yesterday I’m drum major and vice-president for marching band. /swag/
