my chances at Harvard?

He said she was fat...

I'm sorry about being so mean about this person. I just don't think that my ego will accept her getting in and me not. And she started hating me first.

"Oh, and she's fat."

Oh lol, I didn't see that.

"I just don't think that my ego will accept her getting in and me not."

Hahahaha, don't worry. If she's as dumb as you say then she won't get in. Her AP scores aren't so hot, and her SAT's are merely okay for Harvard. She doesn't appear to have exceptional EC's.

However, there is a big wildcard here. Did you say that she's part African? If one of her parents is black then H will probably count her as black. If they count her as black, then I can't possibly see her not getting in.

Yeah, she's definitely got some serious minority status. She's got just about everything there possibly is.
Also, I think that her volunteering is much stronger than mine. She has started numerous initiatives that I don't much about and she has much more hours than I do.

I think that you have about as good a chance as she in terms of admissions... but are both of you doing SCEA?

Anyhow, the fact that her frinds may or may not be gay/wierd/unpopular has really no negative impact whatsoever on her/your applications... if anything, if they can shelp how that she had overcome significant hardships in life then they are very much possitive factors

as far as I know, she is not applying EA.
I understand that her qualities will have little or no bearing on admissions. However, it's just that I or anybody else can't stand getting beat by her.
