<p>So I'm thirsty and I go downstairs for a drink of water. But I hear this weird noise from behind the piano that sounds like termites. And I turn on the kitchen light and there's two cockroaches crawling around. fuhhhh so I come back upstairs. What should I do. help please.</p>
<p>i never thought in a million years this would be my first post to this board, but why didn’t you just kill the thing and keep it moving? Go back downstairs and get your water and if you see the cockroach, kill it…</p>
<p>kill the roach, i had one crawl up my leg once and had a snail on my toothbrush, dont let the critters win</p>
<p>and then i killed one on carpet which is hard, use a shoe w/ a flat surface and then take a paper towel to clean up the hemolymph</p>
<p>That happened to me once, but with silverfish instead of cockroaches. I killed it, and then I went into a crazy cleaning mood and washed stuff. Go wash stuff.</p>
<p>If it’s really bothering you that much, just go down there and kill them. Just a suggestion :]
And maybe get that bug-killer stuff!</p>
<p>Alright what should I use to kill it. And what should I use to pick it up and throw it in the trash can.
I remember once I had a huge daddy long leg on my pillow, so I used a bucket to trap it on the wall, then I got a cup and slowly edged it into the cup, then i used a piece of paper and covered the top of the cup, then I threw the whole thing in the toilet and flushed it.</p>
<p>Are you serious? Okay well, just get like a big shoe, hit the roach reaalllly hard, get like 2 billion pieces of paper towel (so nothing gets on you and so you dont really feel anything), and then just pick it up with your hands. It’s really not a big deal, problem solved!</p>

<p>Ughh, though, thinking about roaches is grossing me out. </p>
<p>Don’t you have anybody else to kill it for you? I always make my mom/dad/sister do it. And if they don’t I just evacuate the room. I can never actually bring myself to hit a huge bug, it grosses me out so much.</p>

<p>grab the roach with your hands and then crush it while making a fist. then look to make sure they are really dead.</p>
<p>As bad as it sounds, I’ve actually woken my mom up once or twice to kill spiders for me. I know, horrible, but I have the WORST ever phobia in the world. </p>
<p>Why don’t you persuade your sister? I always try (ex, “I’ll do your chores”, or “I’ll make you food tommorow if you kill it”). Usually my sister agrees. </p>
<p>Otherwise, get a vacuum cleaner with an extension and suck it up through it. I’ve done that before and it’s worked.</p>
<p>Or throw things at it from long distance. Usually on the third or fourth try I can hit it. But it is beyond disgusting if it’s half dead and it wriggling about. ughhhhh. Or if there’s a smear on the ground.</p>
