<p>Hey, my gpa is sadly low at 2.77 unweighted, however each year I have improved my gpa with my junior year being 3.57 I also got a 1700 on the new Sat's and am a resident of california
I have also always taken atleast half honors classes
Now I know that I have very little chance at UC's except maybe Santa cruz because i live here.
However I wanted to know what my chances at some of the CSU's are, furthermore I am taking Honors Psychology and wanted to know if I would declare that as my major if that would help me getting into colleges even if it is an impacted major

<p>yeah I really have, santa barbara city college, or mesa, the only thing is many people don't transfer in 2 years and the kids at my local cc pretty much stay there forever and I don't want to fall into that crowd.
If all possible a CSU would be ideal</p>
<p>i think it will mean a lot to the admissions ppl that you have imprived every year. one thing they always say they're looking for is potential, so if u can convey to them that u really want to do well and work hard then ur chances will improve considerably.</p>
