<p>Saw that one (South 10) Saturday night. It’s being built so close to the street you may not be able to see around the corner when you pull up to the light. Some of these developments are awfully dense. I can’t help but think the pictures of the apartments don’t truly convey the dimensions.</p>
<p>Yes, the pictures and descriptions can be deceptive. I noticed that EE claims to have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood floors on the details listed under their floor plans. Of course those aren’t necessary, but if you claim to have them, well… It pays to look in person and not rely on pictures or descriptions no matter where you consider leasing.</p>
