Night Owl Bar opens near FAU

<p>FAU got a new college bar down the street from campus - read all about it and feel free to stop by when you're in town.</p>

<p>Also wanted to plug a friend's site, ItsOwlTime.com. Great selection of FAU gear and they're actually going to be opening up a store on 20th Street in Spring 2013. If you've been accepted and want to get some cool stuff, it's a great place to do that!</p>

After several very successful years and an adoring fanbase, Night Owl has closed. Another student bar, 101 Cantina, opened up and was shut down for drunkeness, loud noise, fights, etc. SCOOP closed because of, well, it was suspected that the owner had some legal issues.

Some of the classics are still around though - Irishmen, Funky Buddha, O’Brians, Black Rose, Dubliner… still plenty of places for students to go!
