no way... really?

fellow cornell applicants... do you guys think that a GPA such as 3.95 or 3.96 could compensate for a 2110 on the SATs? (very good math and writing, however a little below average for cornell)

any thoughts would help so much!! thanks everyone

god knows, depends on courses u took and school ranking.

Did you submit your application already? If so, why does it even matter?

that sat score isn't that bad -.-

Yeah, that's a very respectable score. Your courseload and GPA could "make up" for your SATs.

I would definitely say that it would make up for your sat scores, but remember you sat scores are great.

I have a below average SAT CR score though... what do you guys think my chances are assuming i have good ECs and good recs/essays

not every single person that gets in has above average SAT scores (based on cornell averages). someone has to get below for it to be an average. i know a kid who got in the 1600s and is at cornell. i'm sure you'll be fine.

no worries, the first time i took SAT my verbal score was 570. i took it again and it still sucked (below 670) but got in anyway lol
