Maybe they admit by class? Like junior class first, then sophomores?
I wish! but there were some sophomores admitted yesterday
@ivysky I applied for the junior class and I didn’t get a decision yesterday
Can anyone who was accepted tell us about the FA (assuming you applied for it)
DID ANYONE ACCEPTED YESTERDAY APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID?
Anyone get anything today?
did anyone get an email today?
Nothing today
I think this is an acceptance-heavy wave
I hope so @JasmineR
@JasmineR which wave are you talking about?
also does anyone know when the next one is?
No one knows for sure. I’m guessing next Thursday
I applied to Weinburg and didn’t get anything yet
can people who got decisions tell us when their app was completed?
I got a decision. I submitted mine I think a day (maybe two) before the deadline of March 15. Hope this helps
I submitted mine March 3rd to the school of communications, applied a as a junior coming from Stanford with a (now) 3.75 GPA + many extracurriculars. Still nothing for me.
I submitted mine on March 14th, checklist completed on March 15th. Got a decision.
No one has responded with a yes, to my simple question, asked three separate times, “did anyone who was accepted, apply for financial aid?”, Is it possible that Northwestern is, in this first wave, accepting mostly (if not all) “full paying” applicants, who checked “no” to the financial need question on their application. Northwestern is supposedly “need blind” but there are rumors, to the contrary., regarding transfers. I don’t assume those rumors are true, hence my question. Please respond if, indeed, you applied for aid and were accepted on 4/23.
@lattecino I was rejected on the 23rd and applied for aid. Also, my CSS was marked as waived instead of received which I thought was weird.
I did not apply for aid and didn’t receive a decision @lattecino
