Check your spam folder. If you haven’t recieved it by tomorrow I’d call them; I thought all decisions had gone out.

ya, i didnt get mine either so you’re not alone, itl probably come in the mail soon anyway.
Im gunna call and email them tmro

Trouble is that the email I use is managed by my school, so the tech department controls what is considered spam, I think. Thanks for the advice!

Does all of this feel a little surreal to anyone else who’s been accepted? I’m hoping that when DD gets the actual physical packet in the mail, and when we see the FA information, it will seem more like it’s real. Or maybe getting those sweatshirts we ordered will help?

exactly how I felt…you guys are part of the Wildcat family now :D

@momcares: I still cant believe I got accepted! I reread my admission email all the time haha

General Comments: I would appreciate it if any of you could chance me, I respect your honest opinion and look forward to hearing from anybody. If I have one regret, it is not applying ED. NW is by far my first choice, and any suggestions as to how to show that to the Admissions department would be appreciated. I’m freaking out guys, any feedback is good.

Congratulations Class of 2015! I am SO excited for you! Welcome to the world of purple!

Here’s a website for you, if you just can’t get enough of NU:

[Lake The Posts](http://www.laketheposts.com)

(Lake the Posts is what we did when the football team reached the NCAA record for most consecutive losses in the early 80’s.)

LINYMOM
NU Class of '84

BECCAWHO,

what were your stats?

Lake the Posts is a great blog - his enthusiasm for NU, and that of his readers/posters, is contagious. I thought that the reference to laking the posts was to what the students did after NU finally won a football game!

idic5: You can find the stats of a lot of people who got accepted to NU here. Mine are posted there also

We got “the letter” today via snail-mail! Apparently FA letter will follow under separate cover, but DD was able to start setting up e-mail, etc, so this is getting more “real” every day!!

Congratulations to all who got in already.

In WCAS!!!

BIO number 2 in the NATION!! woo. lol

congratz to all!

side note: the transformation from a chance me!! 2 years ago to accepted is awesome.

@olleger – I usually don’t chance people as I feel utterly unqualified, but in your case I’ll make an exception.

olleger chance = 100% GUARANTEED admission!! ;-)

@momcares: You got the tangible letter? So soon! I want mine but i am far away in vegas. where are you? Also, when you get your financial aid letter can you post? I reallllly want to see that.

go on the website and follow the link to the Norris Bookstore for the sweatshirt.
Go CATS

Yup, we got the tangible letter yesterday, and we’re WAYYYYY over on the Left Coast. It’s funny because DD has been getting HUGE, fancy acceptance packets from many lesser schools, so she was expecting velvet and trumpets versus the little unassuming envelope she got. ;-D
